GraFx Studio Connector - Document Lifecycle

Introduction

The "Document Lifecycle"-Extension for "GraFxStudio-Connector" provides a comprehensive overview about the document lifecylce in a Magento system.

Actions

"Edit"

  • Gives the possibility to view and the document metadata during the document lifecycle.
  • Add/ Edit a document info to document (more editable metadata upcoming!)
  • It's available for all states of the document lifecycle from the start (temporary draft) to the order state (sales order item).

"Edit Document"

  • Gives the possibility to edit the document during the document lifecycle.
  • It's available for all states of the document lifecycle from the start (temporary draft) to the order state (sales order item).
  • It opens the document with the configured "Grafx User Interface" settings (not "Grafx User View Interface" settings!)
  • Important: Automatic preassignment (like in the storefront) is disabled!

grafx backend

"Change Document Owner" (only available for wishlist- / draft items)

  • Gives the possibility to change the document owner of wishlist-/ draft items

Install

Magento2.x and composer

To install the extension use composer via ssh:

composer require enobis/module-xxx

Afterwards you have to update your Magento2.x installation by

php bin/magento setup:upgrade
php bin/magento setup:di:compile
php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy
php bin/magento cache:clean
php bin/magento indexer:reindex
